Mobitraxx PRO fixes
The following fixes have been implemented in Mobitraxx PRO:
1. Fix for rounds on holidays
2. Registration of QR locations in an offline environment
Subscribers will receive these fixes in the new version 12.06, which has already been released.

Rounds Metrics PDF
Round metrics reports can now be generated in PDF format. PDFs for other reports will be released in the coming weeks. This new PDF cannot yet be generated automatically; this functionality will be made available in the near future.

Technical support record
From now on, technical support provided to subscribers is available via the Web Administrator, under the SYSTEM / SUPPORT tab. Subscribers can rate and comment on the support received. This helps us continually improve our services.

New Monitore Mobitraxx Mobile
Version 2.4.0 is now available for Android and iOS devices. In addition to a new home screen, this version introduces a new "CHECKPOINT" monitoring level. Access monitoring for a specific checkpoint by entering the checkpoint code, which can be found in the Web Administrator portal under REGISTRATIONS / CHECKPOINTS. This is an excellent option for door-to-door security operations. With the new CHECKPOINT-level monitoring, your company can offer each client free, personalized, and professional tracking of the service provided.

New DEVICE monitoring module in Monitore Mobitraxx Web
Monitor each of your devices more visually using device-based monitoring. Your registered devices will be displayed on the screen, and you will be able to add comments and view the event location—when available—just as you can with list-based event monitoring.

Mobitraxx PRO and LITE new versions
The new versions 12.02 of Mobitraxx PRO and 5.70 of Mobitraxx LITE are now available, featuring the following updates:
* New edge-to-edge layout, compliant with the new Google standard.
* New "Google QR & Bar Code Scanner", making QR scanning much faster.
* If your Android device is very old, it may not work with the new QR code scanning system. In that case, you can switch back to the "legacy" scanner system. In Mobitraxx PRO, tap the icon next to the user ID after logging into the app. In Mobitraxx LITE, this icon is located in the top-right corner of the home screen.

Improvements to TIME CLOCK / LEAVES
Updates and improvements have been made to the setup and operation of the "Leaves" feature within the employee timekeeping system:
1. Addition of a delete icon. Once a leaving is deleted, it no longer affects related reports.
2. Handling of leavings on days off: the leaving no longer has an effect on scheduled days off.

New report SYSTEM LOGS / USERS
A new report is now available in the Web Administrator. In SYSTEM LOGS / USERS, all additions, edits, and deletions made by the administrator or assistant users will be recorded. This will make it possible to perfectly identify who is responsible for the actions in the RECORDS and SETTINGS of the Web Administrator.

New Monitore Mobitraxx app
The new Monitore Mobitraxx app is now available on the Play Store and Apple Store. Completely redesigned with more intuitive interfaces, Monitore Mobitraxx has also undergone a process that ensures greater robustness to the notification system. Stay up-to-date on all events generated by Mobitraxx using the new Monitore Mobitraxx, now compatible with Android and iOS.

Panic alert on Monitore Mobitraxx web version
From now on, Monitore Mobitraxx web version will display an alert when a panic event occurs. The maximum time for the notification to occur is 15 seconds and will be accompanied by an alarm sound.

Checklist report
It is now possible to add a report to the checklist being completed. This report will be displayed in reports and monitoring platforms. The Mobitraxx PRO version must be updated to 11.82.
